Rules and Regulations:
- Players
in the same household do not qualify.
- Any player that has previously
registered an account is ineligible for this promotion.
- In order to be eligible for remuneration in our referral program,
a referring member must have funded their account at least
once.
- You will not receive credit for referring a player unless
the referred player funds their account $50.00 USD upon their
first deposit.
- We have the right, at any time, to terminate a member's participation
in the program or withhold any remuneration owed to that member if
it is deemed that they have, in any way, misused or manipulated
the above stated program.
- We reserve the right to amend or change the terms of the Referral
agreement without advance notice. Any charge back from the friend's
referral deposit will result in you loosing credit for that player.
- Once prize is claimed the transaction is final. We will under
no circumstance make any changes, refunds, or exchanges of
any kind with this promotion.
- There is no cash value, prizes are restricted to only those
living within North America and the UK.
- Offer expires on December 31 st, 2005.

Any instance of spam will result in immediate and irrevocable account termination and absolutely no payment.
