Requesting a Cash Out

In this section you will find information related to redeeming any winnings from Bingo Room. Please note that all Comp Bonuses will be removed upon a cash out request.

Deadline for Submitting Cash Out requests

Players can submit their withdrawal request at anytime during the week. Bingo Room processes withdrawals from the system, which is connected to our bank, on Mondays. Withdrawal requests must enter the system prior to Sunday at 11:59 p.m. in order for our accounting department to process your request. If you have placed more than one withdrawal request, the first withdrawal entry will be the withdrawal processed; all subsequent withdrawals will be automatically declined. You can consolidate the requests by reflowing them and reissuing one cash out.

Wagering Rules

Each game type has a wager rule associated with it and is applied to each deposit bonus you receive in order to determine if your cash out will be approved. Only CASH Wagering counts towards meeting cash out requirements.

CASH Wagering requirements for each game type:

Slots 12 x Bonus Awarded
Video Poker 12 x Bonus Awarded
Keno /Pull Tabs 12 x Bonus Awarded
Other Games Do Not Count Towards Wagering

Bonus / Free Offer Rules

If you decide not to receive a deposit bonus you must:

  • Alert the desk after the deposit and before you commence any play including Bingo, Casino Games or Side Bets.
  • Request that the deposit bonus be removed from your account.

In this case no wager rule would be applied. Any cash out that has been made on a previous deposit where NO wagering has occurred will be subject to approval.

Please note that from time to time "free offers" may be provided to players. In each case the offer will have an expiry date and will not be cashable unless accompanied by a deposit prior to any wagering.

In the case where a free offer is wagered and a deposit is made after the fact, resulting in a cash out, monies will be returned to the players account and the deposit and associated bonuses will be re-instated.

Deposit Confirmation Email

After each deposit you will receive an email confirmation with details of the transaction. In the case of a credit card transaction it will include a "billing descriptor". We encourage you to save these as they can be used to cross reference against your credit card statements. In the event and email is not received you can source this same information within your player account. Any issues related to errors in charges to your card should be sent to blogicmananger@gmail.com - complete details on transactions in question (from your provider) must be provided in order for us to investigate any claim.

Cash Out Process

Once your cash out has been approved we will apply the credit in the following order:

  1. At this time we are unable to process cashouts via credit card
  2. We currently offer 3 Cash Out options to Players. In order to avoid delays on any cashout please make sure the help desk is aware of your preferred method of payment
    1. Cheque - Delivery for Cheques is approximately 4 weeks. It is often times sooner than this time frame but cannot be guaranteed. There is a $20 fee for the processing of cheques, which will be deducted from the cashout upon approval. Any cash-out by cheque must be minimum $70 as our minimum cash out is $50
    2. Ewallet - there is no fee charged for this option.
    3. Neteller - (not available in North America).
  3. Upon submitting a cash out all bonuses are automatically deducted from your player account. If you decide to reflow the entire pending cash out back to your account you can request the Bonus deducted be "banked", which means these bonuses will be made available to you when your account balance is below $5.00. You must issue a help desk ticket to complete this process.
  4. Any disputes regarding a cash out need to be handled via the help desk and will be addressed by the Hall Manager within 3 business days or sooner.

Household and Spousal accounts

Only one cashout per household is allowed per week. Please note you may not refer members of your household under the refer-a-friend program. Management reserves the right to void all winnings and remove from the account if this if found to be abused.

Please note: All accounts with no deposit in excess of 30 days will have all balances removed and any winnings voided. Once removed these funds cannot be returned.
