Joining Our Chat Rooms

• Log into your Bingo Room account and click on the Bingo Stream of your choice, chat will automatically open when the room loads. Just type and hit "ENTER" to send a message.
• There are other type of functionalities pertaining chat such as Emoticons which you can use by clicking on the Smiley Tab, selecting the icon you wish to send and then Hit "ENTER" to send them.
• Other functionalities such as the player's list size can be modified by hitting the Options tab and using the size Large/Small for players in chat

Chat Wizards and Games

• Once you enter our Bingo Rooms, you will be greeted by our friendly Chat Wizards who will help and entertain you whilst playing bingo. The Chat Wizards can provide you with general info regarding any Current Specials and Chat Games being played.
• As long as you have made a deposit within the last 7 days and are purchasing 4 or more cards in the bingo game you may participate in Chat Games along with fellow player's and earn Chat Bonus Bucks to extend your play with.
• Sometimes Special Games are being played therefore have different rules on card purchases min. or deposits; please check with the Chat Wizard on duty so you do not miss out.
• Chat Credits are issued to eligible players usually within 24 hours after the Chat Wizard has posted them to office personnel
• If you have a pending Cash Out request any Chat Bonus Bucks earned will be void. You may re-earn Chat Bonus Bucks upon your next deposit.
• All players have different level of Bonus Bucks they are permitted to earn based upon there last deposit and VIP Level. You may check your level via the My Account page.

Chat Room Conduct

• No complaining. All complaints must be directed to the Help Desk so as not to disturb the flow of chat or cause a confrontation.
• If you have submitted a help ticket and have not yet received a response, please allow staff adequate time to respond to your ticket.
• No Exchanging of personal information including E-mail addresses, Phone Numbers, Websites and Messenger contacts
• Players are not permitted to slander or libel Bingo Room Management or its Employees.
• Please do your best to maintain a friendly chat room by respecting others and by assisting and welcoming new chatters.
• Soliciting other players for money, gifts or loans is strictly prohibited.
• Players should not harass, slander, libel, insult, abuse or threaten others.
• All discussion of other Bingo sites, advertising of other sites and/ or recruitment of players to other sites is prohibited.
• Holding duplicate accounts and/or playing on another player's account are strictly prohibited. Only one account per person is permitted or two accounts per household.
• No children (persons younger than 18 years old) are allowed in chat rooms, this site is for responsible adults only. In the event that a minor gains access to an account held by an adult, the owner of the account will be held responsible for the minor's actions.
• This policy, as outlined above, is for the protection of all players and to maintain a comfortable environment in our bingo rooms

Please note: All accounts with no deposit in excess of 30 days will have all balances removed and any winnings voided. Once removed these funds cannot be returned.
